　　Jiang Xipei, of Han nationality was born in April 1963 in Yixing, Jiangsu. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and senior economist with a doctoral degree. He is the founder, party secretary and chairman of the board of directors of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd., a representative of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the 11th Party Congress of Jiangsu Province as well as the 11th and 12th National People's Congress of Jiangsu Province, the vice president of the Asian Manufacturing Association, the vice president of China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association, the president of Jiangsu Private Enterprise Development Promotion Association, a director of the China Entrepreneur Club, Chairman of excellent and outstanding talents development committee of China intelligent engineering research association, the president of Jiangsu Private Enterprise Development Promotion Association, the president of Jiangsu Provincial Chamber of Commerce, the honorary president of Far East University, the honorary director general of Far East Charitable Foundation, and the chairman of School of Business Jiangnan University.

　　In 1985, Jiang Xipei founded Yixing Fandao Meter and Instrument Factory, the predecessor of Far East Holding Group. For more than 30 years, Far East Holding Group, under Jiang's leadership, has undergone five restructurings and six breakthroughs, and has become one of the "Top 500 Chinese Enterprises", "Top 500 Asian Brands", "Top 100 Chinese Brands", "National Customer Satisfaction Enterprises", "China's Best Employers", and "National Learning Companies". At present, the group has an annual operating income of nearly 50 billion RMB and a brand value of 81.018 billion RMB with about 10,000 employees.
